WW - Paul Portinoux Medical Mono Pusher Chronograph, manual wind, 36mm x 45mm to lug tips, 18mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back case with singular round pump pusher at 2, black leather strap, original silvered dial with applied silver indices, pulsation and respiration scale along perimeter, inset subsidiary seconds at 9, 17J, highly modified Valjoux 22, s# 1109, triple signed. CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, chronograph functions and resets properly, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide, very light fine scratches to plates; nearly flawless dial with very light surface spotting; excellent silver hands; unpolished case shows very little wear, retains all of its original factory finishing, no dents or dings; crown shows little wear; good plastic crystal.
